This workshop aims to define the principle of self-management, which is a set of strategies, tools and behaviors that will help reduce our stress in the workplace and also in the personal sphere.
This approach also makes it possible to live with disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolarity which can affect our daily lives.
This workshop will be led by a professional from Relief, which is an organization that supports individuals in taking care of their mental health in order to be better managed on a daily basis.
