Establishing good relationships between colleagues is an important key to successfully integrating into a new job. However, it happens that cultural differences and divergent perceptions of daily realities present challenges to this integration. This forum theater offers a space for reflection and exchanges in order to raise awareness of the challenges of a new work environment.
